How to know my order is placed?

Once you place an order, sms and mail acknowledgement will be sent to you.

How can I return/exchange an item?

How can I pay for my cod orders?

You can pay for cash on delivery(cod) orders by cash or credit/debit card if the delivery person carries a ‘card swipe pos machine.’

Is it safe to exercise online payment?

Yes, pr3.in has a robust firewall provided by our payment partners razor pay.  That protects sensitive information from third-party viewers and hackers. We ensure all personal information is safe and confidential from our side.

What should I do if my payment/order fails?

After double-checking that the information you entered is right, please try again, including all account information, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can place your order using the cash on delivery (cod) payment option if it is valid on the payment list.

 Kindly contact our customer care if you didn’t receive an order confirmation mail after successful payment.

I have placed an order based on cod. But now I want to pay online. What is the process?

Please call our support portal and we will give you the bank account details so that you can deposit the funds. Once the payment is received, we will process your order and have the same ship out as a pre-paid order.

 You may also cancel your order and place a new prepaid order.

How can I use the coupon code?

We offer coupons or promotional codes to our customers. You can use one of these codes in the coupon code in the “apply coupon code” tab on the “your shopping cart” page.

If you have placed your order over the phone, please inform the customer service representative that you have a coupon code. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

I have forgotten my log-in details. What should I do?

No worries. You can always reset your password by clicking on the “forgot password” on the login page and entering your registered email id or phone number. You will receive a link to your registered email/ phone number to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your registered email id/ phone number, you can directly contact our support portal to help you as soon as possible.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is a non-refundable convenience fee/service charge of Rs. 99/- on all orders.
