How can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel orders by visiting the Orders section in  My Account.

  1. Go to My Account-> Orders
  2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel Product
  3. Provide reasons for cancellation (optional)
  4. Click on Cancel
How can I check the status of my order?
How long will it take me to get my order?

Usually you will receive the products from 4-7 business days. In case of any delays we will notify you the same will take maximum of 10-15 business days.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Rise an exchange request with the proper unpacking video, and the order will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. For more details click here
